Black(블랙)과 White(화이트)는 서로 고통을 느낄 수 있는 특별한 유대감을 가진 쌍둥이 형제다. 부모님의 이혼 이후, 러시아에서 살던 White는 대학 졸업 후 다시 태국으로 돌아왔다. 태국에 온 지 얼마 지나지 않아 어릴 적 친구 Todd(토드)에게 형 Black이 혼수상태에 빠졌다는 소식을 듣게 된다. 오랜만에 만난 Black의 삶은 예전과 많이 달라져 있었다. White는 형을 공격한 범인을 찾기 위해 Black이 속한 갱에 들어가서 형인 척 행동하는데... 과연 범인은 누구일까?
