現実世界では居場所がない地味な女子高生・立花小春。一人ぼっちな彼女の唯一の趣味はプラモデルをつくること。小春は学校帰りに立ち寄った骨董屋で「銃」のプラモデルと、「アリス」 という名のプラモデルを購入。組み立てたその日の夜、彼女が目を覚ますとそこは無人の学校の中であった。
