Vietnam 1968, sous le feu de l'ennemi, Scott et Billy luttent pour sauver leur peau. 20 ans après à Los Angeles, la Mafia Chinoise organise de sanglants combats clandestins dans une cage. Les parieurs survoltés misent sur les lutteurs rompus aux arts martiaux et d'une force exceptionnelle. Pris dans un piège que leur ont tendu des mafiosis en quête de "champions", Scott et Billy se retrouvent dans la cage. Ils doivent de nouveau se battre pour survivre.
